Frequently Asked Questions

What does a babysitter pass mean?

A babysitter pass is for a person you would like to add on that you approve of watching your children. This can be a responsible teen/adult/grand-parent, etc. They are only allowed at the pool when they are with a child from your membership. They cannot come on their own. They can come with you and your children, because we know that sometimes you want to be able to relax by the pool and have someone else watch your children.

Can I get a couple membership since it’s just myself and one child?

Yes, you can absolutely join as a couple.

Do you allow outside food and drinks?

Yes! You can absolutely bring your own food and drinks. The only exceptions are:

NO GLASS CONTAINERS
NO ALCOHOL

We do have a snack bar that will be open during our peak hours and has many different options.

Are we allowed to bring pool floats and noodles?
Yes! Toys, floats, and noodles are all welcome. The two exceptions are no over-sized floats, and no round floats with the center filled (ring floats are allowed). Little ones could get trapped under those and it’s hard for our lifeguards to see them.

Do you offer discounts?

We do not offer any discounts at this time.

What is the price for guest fee?

Our guest fee is $12 per person per day regardless of age. Guests can only be at the pool when accompanied by a member.

How old does my teen need to be before they can be left at the pool without adult supervision?

Your child needs to be at least 13 years old, however we will not restrict them from leaving our facility as they please. They are to follow all rules of the pool. For infractions they will be warned. If they continue to misbehave or are disrespectful they will no longer be allowed at the pool without an adult’s supervision.

Are sunshades allowed?

Yes!

Can we bring our own chairs?

We have several chairs and picnic tables setup around the pool. You may bring your own as long as you don’t block any paths. All items must be at least 4 ft from the pool, so the lifeguards always have access.

Do you offer a payment plan?

We do. Our letters are sent out at the beginning of the year. We offer a 4 month payment plan. The options are to pay by check or to go to our website and register online by credit card.

Do you have a limit on memberships?

We do have a limit on how many members can join. This ensures that the summer can be safe, fun, and not overly crowded.

Do you offer swim lessons?

Swim lessons are provided by our wonderful coaches. Please contact Head Coach Susan Bleecker at learn2swim@ccamarlins.com for more information about lesson times and pricing. There is a sign-up sheet here.
